Last Saturday, the second stop on my Forty-Five Grooves USA Tour 2017 was Nashville, Tennessee. Although it was not the first time I visited Music City or the Athens of the South, as it is sometimes (exaggeratedly) called, this time it had definitely a real authentic feel. Nothing beats hanging with like-minded local people like Case Bloom, who is a great connoisseur of music, culture and craftsmanship. So, right off the plane he took me to Martin's Bar-B-Que Joint where they not only feature vintage Wrestler magazine shots, but also serve great Big Daddy ribs. Afterwards we went straight to the 5 Spot, a nice venue with just the right touch of griminess. As you can tell from the pictures and the short clip, the music was pumpin' and the party was jumpin' all night long. See you soon, Nashville, I definitely had a FUNKY GOOD TIME!
